In 2009, Workshops, Inc. served 473 people by providing job training, work experience, placement and employment services. Work Adjustment and Community Employment Services were provided to 343 persons. Sheltered Employment was provided to 83 persons. Additionally, 47 area high school students received work experience. In all, the agency assisted 105 people with disabilities to achieve employment.

These opportunities have led participants to increased confidence, new feelings of self worth and increased independence through the ability to make a financial contribution to personal needs and the needs of their families.
